Biotique Bio Seaweed Revitalizing Anti-Fatigue Eye Gel: Review

This review is based on my own experience. For a long time, I wanted to incorporate an eye gel in my daily skincare routine which will soothe and hydrate my eyes. I’m not a big fan of heavy eye creams. I’m a pretty night owl; I do tend to stay awake late at night and stare at a computer screen or mobile screen. Due to daily stress, pollution, and everything it started to take a toll on my eyes. So lately, I noticed the skin under my eyes started looking pretty dull and I started developing mild dark circles. That’s the time when I came across this product by Biotique(Bio Seaweed Revitalizing Anti-Fatigue Eye Gel). I heard a lot of good stuff about this product and wanted to get my hands on it. Recently, one of my family members gifted me this, from that time I’ve been religiously using it day and night.

3 Weeks is a decent time to understand if the product is worth the hype or not!

Price- INR 199 for 0.53 oz. / 15gm 

Shelf life- 3years from the date of manufacturing 

Ingredients- Badam oil, Punarnava Root, Behda Fruit Pulp, Jaiphal oil, Madhu, Chinnai ghas plant, Kheera juice, Purified Water-Q.S.

Product Claims- This product claims to reduce and prevent signs of stress, puffiness, and dark circles.

How to use- You need to lightly pat around the eye area morning and night.

My Experience

I use this product ( Biotique Bio Seaweed Revitalizing Anti-Fatigue Eye Gel) after my CTM routine. I only need a tiny amount to pat it evenly around my eyes so I don’t have a problem with the quantity they offer for this price. As I think it’s quite on the affordable side. It has a gel-like texture and a mild fragrance. I don’t like strong fragrance in my products and I know there are many people out there like me so I don’t think they will have a problem with the slight fragrance it has. When I used this product for the first time, I felt a warm sensation around my eyes which only stayed on for a few seconds. But my oh my, the instant soothing effect it gave my eyes. It felt like my eyes got its life back after a whole exhausting day. This eye gel is really hydrating and soothing. It takes just seconds to get absorbed in the skin and doesn’t feel heavy at all. It does give an instant uplift in the appearance of my eyes. Over time it did help with my mild dark circles but you have to be pretty patient and consistent with this product to see the changes. I don’t know whether it works or not for the people with prominent dark circles.

I only have one problem with this product, I would have liked it if the product would have come in a tube form or pump form due to hygiene purpose.

1. Don’t like the tub packaging (due to hygiene purpose)
2. People who have sensitive eyes may experience watery eyes
